About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled NICE CXone Specialist to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with NICE CXone Studio and Central, strong technical proficiency in VoIP/SIP systems, and the ability to integrate and automate using REST APIs and languages such as Python and C#.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage IVR workflows using NICE CXone Studio and Central.

Configure and maintain ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) systems and advanced call routing strategies.

Administer and support VoIP and SIP-based telephony systems to ensure seamless communication flow.

Integrate NICE CXone with CRMs like Salesforce, Zendesk, and other enterprise applications.

Develop and leverage REST APIs using Python and C# to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve system issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of contact center services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable contact center solutions.

Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare technical documentation for support and operations teams.
Required Skills & Experience

3–8 years of experience working with NICE CXone (InContact).

Strong knowledge of IVR design, call routing, and ACD configuration.

Hands-on experience in managing VoIP/SIP infrastructure.

Proficiency in API development and automation using Python and C#.

Experience integrating CXone with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Zendesk.

Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
